here's another one from the sketchbook that i want to turn into something.

more work on cat girl

tried a painterly background. slowly building confidence to start painting inside the figure, but im really scared im going to mess it up. also its charcoal and messy as hell. im thinking about doing some sort of black linework in the background. im totally open to suggestions. anybody? what does it need?

working on a show

here is one of my sketches blown up into a charcoal drawing. i think i want to paint the background a kind of yellow ochre, something mildly textural. this is part one of a 3 part series of pin up's with animal heads. im also doing a fox and a great white shark. ive got about 3 or 4 lesser pieces i also want to include, almost all of it will be fresh work. more to come!
