large girl or small house?

I'm not sure what this is going to turn into. What's that you say, blog? A print? Well sure that would be great, but who's gonna buy my prints?

someone, someday?

You sure are encouraging. That's why I keep you around, blog.

new technique

dear blog,

Here's a new linear technique that I'm going to be throwing into the mix. After carefull deliberation with my esteemed instructor, Chad Grohman, we decided that my illustrations needed a spot for your eye to really sink into. Thus, I give you: lots of lines. I hope you like it, blog.

brady and fawn pencil

here's a pencil for what will hopefully become a juicy portfolio piece. I was talking to my friend Joe about developing my style.

here it goes:

realistic pencil portraits of the subject, vector-ish figures with manga screen tones, and scanned textures for impressionistic backgrounds.

crossing my fingers and hoping that this turns out well because this new technique is preetty time consuming.
