here's a pencil for what will hopefully become a juicy portfolio piece. I was talking to my friend Joe about developing my style.
here it goes:
realistic pencil portraits of the subject, vector-ish figures with manga screen tones, and scanned textures for impressionistic backgrounds.
crossing my fingers and hoping that this turns out well because this new technique is preetty time consuming.

I'll have to show you a book I got about cool stuff you can do digitally. I can't wait to see what you do with this one!
